 1: The contract given at pick up is signed and returned within 7 days of puppy pick up by text or email timestamped (NO EXCEPTIONS, WE GIVE PLENTY OF TIME TO RETURN THIS)

 2: Dogs spay/neuter is completed and proof sent over by email/text BY 9 months of age! No exceptions! If you do NOT want to neuter/spay the dog, or you want to neuter/spay at a later date that is totally fine, we just don’t provide the limited papers. 

3: Full AKC: NOT OFFERED - No breeding rights!!!

We only do visits on puppies remaining at 12 weeks of age with several rounds of vaccinations as their immune systems are developing and I will not expose them to outside visitors! 99% of our puppies are reserved directly from this website!
